Public Events
Tickets purchased for Public events are NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you be unable to attend the event for which you’ve purchased tickets, we will (on a case-by-case basis) evaluate the situation and decide if an exchange for another event is possible. Contact us for more information regarding this policy.
Private Events
We require payment at booking. This is non-refundable. You may reschedule your event with 30 days prior for a 20% rescheduling fee. After 30 days there is a 40% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling fees must be paid at the time of rescheduling.​

Cancellation and Rescheduling Clause for Venues
​ 1. Cancellation After Ticket Sales:
If the venue cancels the event after tickets have been sold, the venue agrees to reimburse J.J. Brown Productions for 50% of the total amount that must be refunded to ticket holders and 100% of all marketing cost. J.J. Brown Productions will provide a detailed ticket report at the time of cancellation to determine the amount due. Payment must be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
2. Cancellation Before Ticket Sales:
If the venue cancels the event before any tickets have been sold, no cancellation fee will apply.
3. Rescheduling After Ticket Sales:
If the event is rescheduled after tickets have been sold, the venue will be responsible for refunding 50% of the ticket price for any patrons unable to attend the rescheduled event. J.J. Brown Productions will provide a list of affected patrons and the amounts due.
